Set your own standard(business, work, relationship, life ) , those who are aligned with your purpose will find you & adjust to meet it. If they can’t step up to meet your standard they are never meant for you . Don’t drop/compromise your standard trying to accommodate people who aren’t aligned with your offering . If they are meant for you they will honor your standard . Remember, you are not called for everybody but somebody (market, niche, league).
